But they’re not the only ones looking for Rose. The reclusive, young gentleman Sebastian Braddock is also searching for her, claiming that both sisters have special healing powers. Evelyn is convinced that Sebastian must be mad, until she discovers that his strange tales of extraordinary people are true—and that her sister is in graver danger than she feared.

Why We’re Waiting On It

Honestly, we didn’t need to read anymore than the tagline for this one! X-Men + Jane Austen = all kinds of amazing, so there is no doubt that we are waiting for this one to release. And while Jamie has already read it, she is really excited to get her pre-order and read it again. It’s THAT good. And yes, Dani has it preordered, too! The cover is gorgeous with the bright red contrasting the darker colours so it’s going to look amazing on your bookshelves as well! Make sure you pick this one up so you don’t miss out on one of the best genre mash-ups Jamie has ever read.
